3918ed1155 feat(utf8): add and expose uchar_to_bytes 
rather than encoding to buffers directly, we can expose an iterator
over the bytes of an uchar.

138047ef11 feat: add {to,of,add}_{iter,std_seq} where relevant; deprecations 
deprecate `seq` named functions (for `iter`)
deprecate klist functions (for `std_seq`)
